The Suara Kasih Satwa Indonesia Foundation, also known as The Voice of PAW Bali Foundation, is a nonprofit organization focusing on animal rescue, rehabilitation and welfare, particularly for abandoned dogs and cats in Bali.
The assistance was provided to people who independently dedicate their time and resources to caring for stray and abandoned animals.
Michelle Angel.
Chairwoman of the Suara Kasih Satwa Indonesia Foundation, Michelle Angel, said the program was part of the foundation’s commitment to supporting animal rescuers and feeders who continue to care for animals in need.
“We work in dog rescue and run various programs, including food distribution and monthly sterilization programs for stray dogs and cats,” Angel said on October 2, 2026.
The food assistance consisted of 200 kilograms of chicken liver, 300 kilograms of rice, 470 kilograms of dog food and 470 kilograms of cat food.

Angel explained that the foundation’s sterilization program is carried out in cooperation with veterinarians in various parts of Bali. The program is aimed at helping control the growing population of stray dogs and cats.
“Going forward, we will also collaborate with PDHI Bali to expand our programs, including sterilization, rabies vaccination, medical treatment and public education, particularly on animal care and the health of both dogs and their owners,” she said.

The food distribution was welcomed by animal feeders and independent shelter operators, who said the assistance would help ease the financial burden of caring for abandoned animals.
Fientje F. Ksligis.
Fientje F. Ksligis, a dog and cat feeder, said the assistance was particularly valuable because many abandoned animals require regular food and care.
“We need wet food for dogs and cats that are less fortunate in Bali and have simply been abandoned by their owners,” Fientje said.
“Thank you to Kitabisa and the Suara Kasih Satwa Indonesia Foundation. This is very beneficial for our animals,” she added.
Bella Bonita
Bella Bonita, who operates an independent animal shelter, also expressed her appreciation for the assistance.
“Today, I received a blessing. Through Kitabisa, I would also like to thank the Suara Kasih Satwa Indonesia Foundation,” Bella said.
Bella revealed that her shelter currently cares for approximately 300 animals, primarily dogs, along with around 40 cats.
“I hope the Suara Kasih Satwa Indonesia Foundation and Kitabisa will continue to grow and achieve even greater success,” she said.
